Mirko Rainer, 1980, born and raised in Innichen, South Tyrol, in the heart of the Dolomites is a Chef/Sommelier Manager of the renowned Restaurant Atenaeo del vino in Mendrisio in Switzerland. Influenced by his mountain origins he has always been passionate of bow hunting.
These two worlds merge and emerge brilliantly in its production of handmade knives.
There are especially two lines that capture his attention: one for the hunt and the other to the art of cooking.
The material that Mirko Rainer favors for blades is the damask steel forged, while for the handles loves to use natural materials.
